MASTERWRAP
MasterWrap is a one-step, instant pipe repair system consisting of fiberglass tape impregnated with water-activated resin. This system has been specially formulated for low pressure pipe repair and reinforcement situations where the high strength and load transfer capabilities of the StrongBack® system are not required. Holding up to 500 PSI, MasterWrap’s high adhesive and structural strength retains pressure on many line types. When cured, it functions at temperatures up to 500 degrees fahrenheit. MasterWrap is odorless, non-combustible, and non-toxic. Application requires no mixing, no measuring, no cleanup, and no waiting.

RECOMMENDED USES
PIPE REPAIR
MasterWrap’s high adhesive and structural strength retains pressure on many line types including steam, water, air, freon, oil, gasoline, hydraulic fluid, and many other chemicals. MasterWrap adheres to PVC, metal, rubber, fiberglass, plastic and most other materials.
PIPE REINFORCEMENT
MasterWrap effectively creates a second pipe which encapsulates the existing, compromised pipe. Eight wraps of MasterWrap will yield a tensile strength of approximately 35,000 PSI.
CORROSION PREVENTION
MasterWrap creates an effective corrosion prevention barrier, protecting the pipe from virtually any corrosive atmosphere, sealing out oxygen that would promote corrosion.
ABRASION PROTECTION
MasterWrap creates a hard barrier around the pipe, protecting it from impact, erosion, weather, and vandalism.
DIELECTRIC PROTECTION
Is nonconductive up to 16,000 volts in its cured state. It can be used to cover and insulate electrical connections and apparatus.
GENERAL REPAIR
MasterWrap can be used for a wide range of repairs including: railings, fences, pipe hangers, antennas, braces, clamps, couplings, castings, flexible hoses, HVAC ducts and flues, and plugging large holes.
